Sürat Kargo Lost My 5 Packages and Failed to Compensate After a Year
I had a frustrating experience with the Eryaman branch of Sürat Kargo, as they lost five packages I sent while selling on Hepsiburada. Even after more than a year has gone by since the incident, I still have not received any compensation for my loss. Unfortunately, the impact of inflation has caused the value of my loss to double during this time. It's really frustrating that I haven't received any updates or feedback about my compensation claim. I relied on Sürat Kargo to manage these shipments with care, and this absence of responsibility has put me in a challenging situation. I am patiently awaiting a resolution and sincerely hope the company will take action to address this issue and provide compensation for the damages resulting from their negligence.
