Sürat Kargo Fails to Deliver to Kemalpaşa TOKİ Residences

Hello, Sürat Kargo's Pars branch never delivers our packages. We live in Kemalpaşa Çambel Neighborhood TOKİ residences, and all other courier companies deliver to this area, but Sürat Kargo never does. We always receive a message to pick up our packages from the branch. If we have to pick them up, why are we ordering products through a courier service? Why does a company whose sole job is to transport and deliver packages not fulfill its duty? I urgently request a resolution to this issue. My tracking number is 102832511357.
