I was supposed to receive a product I ordered from Trendyol via the Antalya Serik Sürat Kargo branch. On the day it was out for delivery, I had my phone with me. The courier called me once and immediately hung up. I tried calling back multiple times, but the line was constantly busy for hours. The next day, I received another message saying the package was out for delivery again, but no one called or came. The same thing happened the following day. When I finally called the branch, they claimed the courier had called and I hadn’t answered. I explained the situation, and they said it was out for delivery again on the next business day. When I asked why they hadn’t delivered or called, the woman on the phone rudely responded that there’s no such thing as reattempting delivery the next day. The courier, in a disrespectful tone, told me to “send someone to pick it up.” I couldn’t believe their attitude. Despite explaining my situation, they scolded me and hung up. I gave birth three weeks ago, I have stitches, and I physically can’t go and collect the package. I begged them to deliver it again, but they didn’t. Since I couldn’t go, the package was returned. Shame on this courier company and its employees. Now I always check before shopping and avoid stores that work with Sürat Kargo. I’ll also make sure everyone around me knows about this.
