My Order Has Not Been Delivered for 20 Days

My motorcycle bandana order placed on 22/08/2025 (tracking number: 17321916066591) has still not been delivered by Sürat Kargo. Although the delivery point was supposed to be Sultanbeyli Zambak İletişim pickup point, 20 days have passed, and despite the branch and the pickup point being only 200 meters apart, my product has still not been delivered. I have experienced similar issues with Sürat Kargo before and most of the time had to go to the Sultanbeyli branch myself to collect my orders. When they fail to deliver to my address, I am never called or informed in any way. Since I have no alternative, I am sometimes forced to use Sürat Kargo and face the same grievance every time. I believe they are not doing their delivery job properly. I request that my order be delivered immediately and that an explanation be provided regarding the inconvenience I have experienced.

There has been no response at all, I canceled my order through the shopping site. As of now, it still appears to be at the branch, and since I chose the branch pick-up option, I cannot collect it from the branch.
