Supertotobet Took My Deposit but Refuses to Credit My Account

I recently made two separate deposits of ₺1,000 totaling ₺2,000, to my Supertotobet online casino account using a Ziraat Bankası account via FAST to a Yapı Kredi IBAN that was provided to me in the site’s deposit section. These deposits were made within a 4-hour period approximately 3–5 days ago. Despite both transactions being completed successfully at the bank, the ₺2,000 was not reflected in my Supertotobet account balance. As soon as I noticed that the money was not credited, I contacted Supertotobet’s customer representatives through the live support on their own site and, as they requested, I sent the bank receipts multiple times to the Gmail address they specified. However, after all these communications, I was told that the person whose name appears on the receipt is not part of their company and, in this way, they tried to present me as the one at fault instead of solving the problem, even though I made the transfer to the IBAN they themselves provided. I am the victim of this situation and I want this issue to be resolved urgently. I request that the full amount of ₺2,000 I deposited, consisting of two separate deposits of ₺1,000 each, be either credited to my Supertotobet gaming account or, if this is not possible, refunded to my IBAN without any further delay.
