On October 5, I transferred ₺1,000 to my Supertotobet account using a bank transfer (EFT/Havale) through Ziraat Bank. However, despite the time that has passed, the money has not been credited to my account.
When I contacted customer support, I was told that the funds were transferred to a different site. This makes no sense because I only have an account on Supertotobet and no connection with any other platform. I also have the payment receipt and transaction number as proof of my transfer.
I’m requesting that the ₺1,000 be credited to my Supertotobet account immediately and that a detailed explanation be provided regarding this incident.
