Supertotobet Deposit Missing and Bonus Added Without My Consent

I recently made a deposit on Supertotobet, but the funds never appeared in my account. On my next attempt to deposit, I accidentally tapped the bonus checkbox during the process. As a result, my deposit was credited together with a bonus that I never wanted to receive.

I immediately contacted live support to request that the bonus be canceled, since I had not used it at all. However, I was told that once a bonus is received, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. This is completely unfair, especially because the mistake was unintentional and the funds are mine.

I demand that Supertotobet remove the unwanted bonus from my account and restore my deposit as a normal balance. Customers should have the right to decline a bonus, especially when it was triggered accidentally and has not been used.
