Supertotobet Deleted My Balance Claiming Bonus I Never Used

I'm very angry with Supertotobet because they took away my money by saying I used a bonus when I hadn't. My money was taken out of my account without a reason, even though I hadn't used or activated any bonuses.

When I called live help, they gave me silly reasons why they couldn't fix the problem. It had been three hours since I last checked my account amount, but nothing had changed. When I called them again, they said I had used a bonus, which is not true at all.

This whole thing has been a huge letdown, and I wish I hadn't trusted Supertotobet. I want my balance to be restored right away, and I expect a proper answer for being treated unfairly. This site needs to open up more and give better customer service.
