My Converse Shoes From SuperStep Caused a Painful Blister


On 02.06.2025 at 13:49, I purchased a pair of Adidas shoes from the SüperStep store for ₺5,649. I didn’t even wear the shoes for a full day—only for about two hours—and they caused a wound on my right foot. It was impossible to continue wearing them. I reported the issue to the store, and they directed me to the retail company. I submitted my complaint, but they claimed there was no defect with the shoes. I sent the product for inspection three times, but each time I received a negative response. It is simply not possible for me to wear these shoes. I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and am now waiting for the result.
