When I started my subscription in July 2025, I signed a 12-month commitment stating that the first two months would be free and the remaining ten months would cost ₺600 per month. In the first month (July), I was billed ₺100.50, which was explained as a prepaid tax charge. In September, I received a ₺600 bill as stated in the contract. However, in October 2025, I was billed ₺900 — a 50% increase. Additionally, while my plan previously appeared as ₺600 in the Turkcell app, it now shows ₺900 for the same plan, which means I will likely be billed ₺900 in the coming months as well. My customer number is 5977**44, and my invoice number is SOL2025028118391. I reported the issue to customer service but received no response. I believe my contracted price should not change, and the agreed terms of the commitment have not been honored. I request that this mistake be corrected immediately and that the contract terms be followed.
