Turkcell Superonline Did Not Cancel My Subscription and Blocked My New Operator

I am a Turkcell Superonline customer with subscriber number 67494218. On March 6, 2025, I called the company at 05325320000 to request the cancellation of my subscription, stating that I would switch to another operator because their prices were too high for the service provided. They stopped my billing and cut off my internet connection, but they did not cancel my subscription. As a result, the other operator I signed up with cannot activate my new subscription. Despite calling Turkcell Superonline multiple times and explaining the urgency of the situation, including that I need to install a home security camera system, they still have not completed the cancellation process. I am frustrated that my subscription is still not canceled, and no one is taking responsibility to resolve this issue.
