Superonline Demands Exorbitant Rates to Upgrade Internet Service

I hold a Superonline internet subscription with customer number 52067***, set to end on January 17, 2024. Opting for a new package inclusive of TV Plus, I called your customer service today (January 12, 2024) at 13:40 to cancel my expiring plan. I spoke with Ms. Mrym, who insisted on a ₺40 cancellation fee because I wanted to end it five days early. Despite being a loyal Turkcell customer for years and upgrading to a more comprehensive, pricier internet and TV package, imposing a ₺40 early cancellation fee is an unfair move towards a faithful customer. I have no intention of canceling my subscription; I am, after all, your customer who upgraded to a higher-tier package. I kindly request the immediate cancellation of my old plan without having to pay the mentioned fee. Additionally, I am disappointed that despite my request, Ms. Mrym refused to open a complaint file. I am filing this complaint due to her persistent refusal. As a citizen and customer, I urgently demand the swift resolution of the inconvenience imposed upon me.
