Turkcell Superonline Charged Me for a Connector They Never Replaced
The service team at Turkcell Superonline stated in their report that they had replaced the connector, but in truth, they did not follow through with this action. An extra ₺600 was added to my bill, and I believe this is totally unjust. I firmly believe this was intentional, as the report was clearly crafted with misleading information. When I reached out to customer service, I anticipated a thorough examination of my issue, but I was instead greeted with ambiguous replies and no genuine resolution. I shouldn't be charged for a service that was never delivered. I would like to request a correction to my bill and a sincere response from Turkcell Superonline regarding this matter. I will take further action if this issue isn't addressed appropriately.
