Turkcell Superonline Demands Fee Despite Failing to Provide 50 MB Internet Service

Six months ago, I subscribed to Turkcell Superonline's 50 MB internet and TV+ package, but I have not been able to use it without interruptions even for a single day. Before Turkcell, I had been using Türk Telekom's service for two years without any issues. During these six months, I only paid ₺180 for one bill, which was originally ₺550, and I was not charged for the other months because I could not use the service. Additionally, Turkcell sent a team to my house three times; once for a modem replacement and twice to inspect the internal wiring, but they claimed there was no problem. The team suggested that a port change might resolve the issue. In the fourth month, I went to Türk Telekom’s regional office and requested a port change. They said there was no issue with their system but agreed to change it for my peace of mind. However, this also failed to resolve the problem. When I told Turkcell that I wanted to cancel the service because the issue had not been resolved for six months, they said I would incur an exorbitant cancellation fee. I plan to take this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board and all relevant authorities because Turkcell has failed to provide the service they promised, offered no solution, and now demands a hefty penalty for canceling a service they failed to deliver.
