Superlive Permanent Broadcast Ban Without Clear Violation or Warning

I have been using the Superlive app with the username “Selenedust” and I was permanently banned from livestream broadcasting due to an alleged community guidelines violation. This permanent ban has been in place since Saturday, 27 September 2026 and I have not been able to start any livestreams since then. The only information I received was an in‑app notification saying that my account was frozen permanently for violating community rules. I was not given any clear or detailed explanation about which rule I supposedly violated. As far as I know, there was no intentional misconduct in my broadcasts; if there was any inappropriate behavior, it was not deliberate and I did not receive any prior warning. I request that my account be reviewed in detail, that I be informed clearly about the exact reason for the ban, and that the restriction on my livestream broadcast be lifted if possible. I would like to continue using Superlive and streaming, and I am ready to comply fully with all community guidelines going forward.
