SuperLive Permanently Disabled My Live Stream – Request Reactivation
I have been using the live streaming feature on SuperLive and today, at around 5:00 am, my ability to go live was suddenly disabled. The only message I received in the app was that my live is “permanently frozen”, and I was not given any prior warning, detailed explanation, or reason for this decision. I cannot take a screenshot because the app does not allow capturing the screen on that page, so I have no way to document the exact message beyond what I have described. I have also not received any email or notification explaining which rule I allegedly violated. I respectfully request that SuperLive review this decision, clearly check my account history, and inform me of the specific reason for freezing my live streaming. If I have not violated any rules, I ask that my live streaming feature be reactivated, and if there is any issue, I would like to be told exactly what it is so I can avoid it in the future.
