The Supercell team is not meeting its obligations. Player M****** (20 years old) with the code '#YP8L288J' is consistently engaging in harassing behavior towards me, using threats and insults that clearly go against laws and fair play principles. This player is spreading misinformation and making baseless claims in the game that could potentially damage my in-game relationships. Even after numerous reports, attempts to contact support, sharing in Supercell groups, and sending emails to the Supercell team, no action has been taken. The player's account is still not banned, and it seems that Supercell is failing to fulfill its responsibilities. Therefore, I am lodging a formal complaint against the Supercell team.
