In the Brawl Stars game, I attempted to change the email address linked to my Supercell ID account on my Poco X6 Pro device. My current email address is [email protected], and I wanted to update it to [email protected].
However, today the change request I submitted through the in-app system was rejected with the explanation, “We rescued your account from suspicious activity.” There has been no suspicious activity, login attempt, or any other issue with my account. Additionally, I have spent approximately ₺399 on in-game purchases.
Since I no longer use my old email address, I want to transfer my account to my new email. I still have access to my account, and this is the first time I have faced such a problem. I kindly request that my email change request be reconsidered and that my account be updated to my new email address.
