I Face Email Change Error on Brawl Stars — “New Device Detected” Issue

I’ve been trying to change my email address in the Brawl Stars game on my iPhone 11 for about a month now. Since September 25, I’ve attempted this many times, but every time I try, I get the message: “We noticed you’re using a new device,” and the process fails. I also tried changing my email on different devices and internet connections, but the result was the same.

During this process, I attempted to contact the Supercell support team, but they haven’t provided any assistance. I’ve recently made payments on this account, and I’m now concerned about its security.

I live in Bursa, and I’m requesting help from Supercell to successfully change my email address and secure my account.
