I’ve been trying to withdraw my money from Superbetin for the past 2–3 days, and every single request keeps getting canceled. They claim I didn’t answer their verification call — but I’ve been sitting next to my phone the whole time, and no call ever came through.
I’ve double-checked everything. My phone is fully open to international calls, and I’ve even received international calls from other sources without issue. Still, Superbetin keeps rejecting my withdrawals, blaming it on me not answering — which is completely false.
So far, only one Payco withdrawal and one to my bank IBAN have been approved. Everything else gets denied with no proper explanation or actual communication.
