Sunglass Hut Refused to Process Return for My Miu Miu 04ZS Sunglasses

On 11/09/24, I purchased a pair of Miu Miu 04ZS sunglasses from Sunglass Hut. Just two hours later, I went to the Aqua Florya store near my home to return the item, but they claimed they couldn’t process the return due to issues with their new POS system. The following day, I visited the IstinyePark store, but they also failed to process the return. Your website clearly states that returns can be made at any Sunglass Hut location within 30 days, yet I’ve been unable to do so despite repeated attempts. I will not waste more time visiting your stores. I demand that your central office contacts me immediately to resolve this issue. If not, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
