The following day, I visited the IstinyePark store, but they also failed to process the return. Your website clearly states that returns can be made at any Sunglass Hut location within 30 days, yet I’ve been unable to do so despite repeated attempts. I will not waste more time visiting your stores. I demand that your central office contacts me immediately to resolve this issue. If not, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
