SunExpress Forced Elderly Passenger To Climb Stairs - No Assistance Provided
On 31.12.2025, during my SunExpress flight XQ882, my mother experienced a serious difficulty due to the boarding arrangement. Although it was an international flight, the aircraft was boarded from the domestic terminal side, and she had to climb three floors of stairs despite having walking difficulties. She was carrying a cane and her condition was clearly visible, yet I did not receive any warning, information, or assistance from any of your staff. As a result, she experienced significant shortness of breath and was physically strained, which made the process very distressing for me. She request that this incident be examined in detail, that the necessary actions be taken to prevent similar situations in the future, and that she be provided with support in the form of a gesture such as a complimentary voucher in compensation for the hardship she went through.
