Suicide Hotline Studios Deletes Website After Taking $49 for T-Shirt Order

On October 26, 2025, I purchased two T-shirts for $49 under the name K**** B***** via the website of a company called Suicide Hotline Studios. I made the payment using my İşbank debit card, and the transaction order number is #1553.

Following the order, I received neither the products nor any updates. At first, I messaged the company multiple times via Instagram, but I received no reply. Shortly after, they deleted their Instagram account. I then sent them an email, but I didn't even receive an automated confirmation that my message was received. Ultimately, they shut down their website and disappeared completely.

Currently, there is no active social media account, website, or company representative I can reach out to. I have completely given up on waiting for the items; however, I demand a full refund of the $49 I paid for services and products that were never delivered.
