Sugo Chat Feature Restricted and Unable to Earn Diamonds
I am a verified female user of the Sugo app and I use the chat feature regularly. Since yesterday, I have been unable to send messages in the chat and there is no green check mark showing. My matches are also shown as “great fit, no need to pay coins” which means I cannot earn diamonds from chatting. This situation makes me think that my account has been restricted even though I did not violate any rules. My UID is 306302881 and my phone number registered to the account is 09974590***. I request that you urgently check my account, remove any restriction on my chat feature, and restore full access so that I can use the app normally again.

The “Great fit, no need to pay coins” message does not indicate that your account has been restricted. For some matches, Sugo allows users to chat for a certain period without spending coins. This feature is only available for selected matches and is designed to make it easier for users to meet and communicate with each other. Sugo is not designed so that every conversation must require coin spending or generate earnings. Alongside paid features, the platform also includes free interaction opportunities so that users can meet and communicate without payment in certain situations. Therefore, not earning diamonds from a particular free match does not mean that your account or chat function has been restricted. If you are still completely unable to send messages in chats outside of these free-match situations, you may contact us with your User ID and details of the specific chat issue so that we can check it further.
