Sugo Chat Function Restricted Despite Verified Account Status
I am a verified user of the Sugo mobile app and, when I try to interact through the chat function, I receive a notice stating that this function is restricted for my account. I do not understand the reason for this restriction, especially considering that my account is already verified and I have not been informed of any violation or problem. This restriction has been appearing since 01/05/2026 and prevents me from using the application normally, as I cannot use the chat as intended. I have already contacted Sugo support about this issue, but I have not received any response or explanation so far. I kindly request that my case be reviewed, that the chat restriction on my Sugo mobile app account be removed, and that I be allowed to use all the functions of the application without these limitations. I would also appreciate a clear explanation of the reason for the restriction, if any.
