Sugo Banned My Account Unfairly Over a Harassment Misunderstanding
My Sugo account, which I use as a social network to talk with friends in different countries, was permanently suspended on 15‑09‑2026 at 6:59 a.m. for “explicit content / pornographic content”. I believe this is a misunderstanding linked to a single incident and I am asking for my account to be reactivated. On that morning, I was contacted on video call by a girl through Sugo. As soon as I answered, she appeared completely naked and began to show her body and behave in a sexual way, while insisting that I send her “coins” or payments that I could not afford. I was feeling stressed and uncomfortable, and because it was my first time using Sugo I did not know how to handle the situation. In my distress, I took a screenshot of the video call where her image was visible and sent it back to her, telling her to stop contacting me and to leave me alone, otherwise I would share the screenshot if she kept harassing me. Shortly after this, the administrators of the application detected this image, considered it suspicious “pornographic content” and blocked my account, as shown in the screenshots I attached. I have not used Sugo to publish or share pornographic content with other users, and this image was created only in reaction to harassment during a private call. I have not yet been able to contact Sugo support directly apart from this explanation, and this is my first experience with the application, so I am asking for understanding and forgiveness. I respectfully request that my account linked to the phone number ending with 3393 be reactivated, and if there is any possible fine or fee to regularize the situation and recover my account, I am willing to pay it as long as it is reasonable and clearly explained. I kindly ask you to review my case, take into account that I acted out of ignorance and stress, and give me a second chance by lifting the permanent suspension on my account.
