Sugo Account Banned - Balance Not Released

I was banned from the Sugo platform on 15/02/2026, in Varginha, under the allegation of “pornographic content”. However, the application itself does not allow the sending of pornographic content or even pornographic words, which makes this justification incoherent in relation to the rules of the platform and to my actual conduct. At the time of the ban, I had approximately 500k in balance on my account. After the ban, Sugo did not return this money to me and did not allow me to withdraw the amount that I had already legitimately earned before the ban. I consider this retention of funds to be an abusive and illegal practice, representing unjust enrichment by the platform, as there is no clear and valid justification for keeping my balance blocked. I contacted Sugo’s support, but I did not receive any effective response regarding the release of my balance or a detailed explanation of the reasons for the ban. I am therefore in a situation where I have complied with the rules, was suddenly banned, and have been prevented from accessing a significant amount that belongs to me. In view of all this, I request that Sugo immediately release the total balance of approximately 500k for withdrawal, referring to the amount accumulated before the ban, and that it provide a clear and objective justification for the measure taken against my account.
