Someone Falsely Reported My Sugo Profile and Now Key Features Are Completely Disabled

My profile on the Sugo app has been falsely reported by someone I do not know. For approximately two days, my followers are no longer visible on my account and no one is able to send me messages — making it impossible to use the app normally.
Being hit with this kind of restriction despite having committed no rule violation is frustrating. I have not yet contacted support about this, but I am requesting that this unjust situation be thoroughly investigated.
I am asking that my profile be fully restored to its previous state, that features such as followers and messaging be reactivated, and that I be given a clear explanation — if possible — of why this report was filed against me in the first place.
