Sugo iOS App Won’t Delete My Account and Keeps Showing “Data Error”
As of yesterday, I’ve been trying to delete my account on the Sugo iOS app, but the process never completes. When I follow the account deletion steps, I repeatedly receive a “data error” message on the screen, and the deletion does not go through. Despite trying nearly 20 times since yesterday, I have not been able to delete my account.
I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and attempting the process using different internet connections, but the result did not change. Each time, I encounter the same “data error” message. I’ve also tried contacting Sugo about this issue, but I haven’t received any support or response so far.
The email address registered on my Sugo account is m*******@icloud.com**. I am requesting that my account be closed immediately and that all of my personal data be completely and permanently deleted.
