I Face Data Error When Trying to Delete My Sugo Account on iPhone

I use the Sugo mobile app under the username "volecann", and I have been trying to permanently delete my account. However, every time I attempt the deletion process, I keep getting a “data error” message, and the account remains active. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, the same issue persists.

I contacted Sugo customer service for help, but the response I received was unsatisfactory and did not resolve my problem. This issue has been ongoing for about one day, and my account is currently an unpaid, free membership. I am using the app on my iPhone.

I request that Sugo permanently delete my account without further delay and ensure that users can close their accounts without facing repeated technical errors in the future.
