How to Leave or Change an Agency on Sugo App

Since October 15, I have been broadcasting on the Sugo app under the “Tetikçi Agency.” However, I would like to state that the agency has provided no support whatsoever, and I have not received the earnings that were promised. Even though I spend most of my time on the app, I have not received any guidance or assistance from the agency.

When I tried to switch to another agency, the system did not allow it, stating that I am already registered with my current agency. I have not yet submitted a support request about this issue through the app.

I would now like to leave “Tetikçi Agency” and continue broadcasting independently (without any agency affiliation). My username is H****, and my ID number is 161657216.

I request that this issue be resolved and that the necessary steps be taken so I can continue broadcasting without being connected to any agency.
