If Studocu locked your account after payment;
• Contact Studocu support via email or in-app/website support and explain that your account was locked after you paid
• Provide your account email, payment receipt or transaction ID, date of payment, and screenshots showing the lock or error

• Explain why your account was locked after a successful payment
• Restore your account access so you can use the service you paid for
