Studocu locked my account after payment, how do I regain access or get my money back?

If Studocu locked your account after payment;

• Contact Studocu support via email or in-app/website support and explain that your account was locked after you paid
• Provide your account email, payment receipt or transaction ID, date of payment, and screenshots showing the lock or error

Ask them to;

• Explain why your account was locked after a successful payment
• Restore your account access so you can use the service you paid for
• Refund your payment if access cannot be restored

If the problem persists;

• Keep all payment receipts, screenshots, and correspondence and file a complaint on Xolvie to seek a fair resolution and refund
