StubHub Charged $98 for a Ticket Listed at $41 on the Official Site

Today, I wanted to purchase a concert ticket through the StubHub app. The exact same ticket was listed for $41 on the event’s official website, while StubHub was charging $98 for it. I do not believe this kind of excessive price difference for the same event and the same ticket is fair or reasonable, and I feel misled as a consumer.

I tried to find a way to contact StubHub through the app or reach customer service, but I was unable to find anyone to assist me. I believe this pricing policy is unfair to consumers and puts customers at a significant disadvantage.

For this reason, I request that StubHub correct its ticket pricing so that it is consistent with the official event website, refund the excessive price difference, and urgently implement the necessary oversight and measures to prevent similar consumer complaints in the future.
