SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7 Service Not Responding
I have been trying to reach the service centers for my SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7 headset for about a month due to an issue I’m experiencing. Despite calling the support line (0850 200 28 88) multiple times and submitting requests through the website, I have not been able to reach any authorized service representative. I have received no response, and none of my support requests have been answered.
I live in Istanbul and expect my issue to be resolved and to receive a prompt response from the authorized service team.
