Unable to Access Steam Account Due to Phone Number Change - Recovery Code Missing

I am unable to access my Steam account because I changed my phone number. I’m being prompted to enter a recovery code that starts with "R," but I don’t have that code. My email address remains the same. I’ve reached out to Steam Support via email; they initially responded, but it's been a week with no further updates. I’m unsure what else I can do at this point, but I have many games on my account. I’ve also sent them all my card details. Please help me resolve this issue.
