My Steam Account Compromised. Items Sold Without Consent Despite Two-Factor Authentication

Somehow, someone managed to access my Steam account and sell the cards I had earned from games on the Community Market. They then used the proceeds to purchase other items.
I have Steam Guard enabled, which sends a code to my phone that I need to enter to log in. I've never shared my account with anyone. I only buy and play games within my budget. I've reset both my email and Steam passwords. I want the sold items to be returned and the individuals who profited from these unauthorized trades to be banned.

Steam customer service's response, "we can't do anything about this, there are no refunds," is giving scammers and thieves a free pass. Despite taking all security measures, such as Steam Guard...

8 I am unable to log into my Steam account because the Steam Guard SMS code never arrives. Even trying to retrieve access via email has failed—no codes are being sent there either. For the past two days, I’ve repeatedly tried to log in without success. To make matters worse, I logged out of the mobil...

26 I'm incredibly disappointed with Steam’s lack of protection in a recent breach of my account. My Steam Wallet, which had ₺45.45, was drained when someone purchased a worthless Dota 2 item worth only $0.03. I have never even played Dota 2, so this purchase makes no sense. Even worse, Steam completed ...
