Trivago Charged Me for Hilton Bostancı Hotel, but No Confirmation or Receipt
I booked a stay at Hilton Bostancı Hotel through Trivago, but during payment, I encountered issues and assumed the transaction hadn’t gone through. Later, I noticed the money had been deducted from my account, yet I never received a confirmation email or a receipt.
When I contacted the hotel, they told me to speak with the agency, but I can’t reach the agency at all. I have no way of verifying whether my reservation exists, and I can’t even cancel it. I am completely stuck!
Trivago, this is unacceptable! I demand immediate confirmation of my booking or a full refund. I see that many other users have faced similar issues—this needs to be resolved now!
