Starforlong Refused to Refund My Hotel Booking After Cancellation Approval
I made a reservation for the dates 31.03.2025–02.04.2025, but I requested a cancellation due to the events in Istanbul. Even though the hotel agreed to issue a refund, Starforlong keeps sending emails saying that the supplier must approve it and that they are still waiting for that approval. It’s been a week and there’s still no update. I have sent multiple follow-up emails, but I keep receiving the same generic response. This situation is causing me both financial and emotional stress. I simply want a clear answer and my money back. They are not refunding the payment of ₺14,418. I’m being forced to pay for a hotel I didn’t even stay at.
