I Stayed at Grand Anka Hotel via Stayforlong but Still Can’t Get My Invoice

I booked a stay at Grand Anka Hotel in Istanbul through Stayforlong, from April 27 to May 5. The hotel stay itself was fine, but when I requested an official invoice after check-out, the hotel informed me that it had to be issued by the agency I booked through—meaning Stayforlong.
So, I immediately emailed Stayforlong’s customer service and explained the situation. Days passed with zero response. No one replied, no one followed up, and no one from their team can be reached. This level of customer support is unacceptable—especially when you're trying to get a basic document like a receipt or invoice for a paid service.
It’s extremely frustrating to feel ignored after paying in full for your stay. I need the invoice for official records, and the fact that Stayforlong has chosen not to respond at all is outrageous.
I demand that Stayforlong send me my invoice immediately. If not, I will escalate the matter to all relevant authorities. This company must take responsibility for post-booking obligations and not go silent when problems arise.
