I Paid an $82 Deposit for a Booking the Hotel Says Doesn't Exist
While researching the Justiniano Park Conti hotel in Alanya, Antalya, through Trivago, I was directed to a site called Stayforlong, and through the Stayforlong app, I made a reservation on Friday, June 26th, for the dates July 31st check-in to August 3rd check-out. During this transaction, an $82 deposit fee was charged to my credit card.
Afterward, when I called the hotel to check my reservation, the front desk staff clearly stated that no reservation appeared under my name at all. Despite time having passed, my booking not being found in the hotel's system has put me in a difficult position. I could only communicate with Stayforlong via email, and I was only told to be patient — no clear solution was offered.
I am requesting that my reservation, for which payment has already been made, be immediately and fully entered into the Justiniano Park Conti hotel's system, and that this process be urgently clarified by Trivago and Stayforlong so that I don't experience any issues during my stay dates
