StarPets Top Up Issue

On 29 April 2026, at around 7:30 p.m., I made a payment of €1.28 by credit card on Starpets from Italy to make my usual purchases. The first attempt was marked as unsuccessful, so I tried again. On the second attempt, the payment was shown as successful and the amount was taken from my card, but the money was not credited to my Starpets account. This is the first time I have experienced such a problem, as my previous payments on Starpets have always been completed without any issues and the balance was credited immediately. I contacted Starpets via Instagram about this situation, but I have not received any response so far. I request that the missing €1.28 be credited to my Starpets account without further delay or, if this is not possible, that the amount be refunded to my card. I also kindly ask for information on why this problem occurred and whether there is anything I should avoid or do differently in future payments.
