StarPets Took Money but Did Not Credit My Account Balance

I recently topped up my balance on starpets.gg using Apple Pay, paying £22.14, and the money has been taken from my bank account, but the balance has not appeared on my starpets.gg account. The payment was made roughly 10 minutes ago, but the top up still has not been credited. I am asking for the £22.14 to be added to my starpets.gg balance as soon as possible, since the payment has clearly been taken from my account but I have not received the corresponding balance on your platform.
