StarPets Credits Not Received - Refund Needed

I purchased credits today on the Starpets website under the name Zoe T***, using the email address zoegt***@gmail.com. I paid a total of 210 dollars via Apple Pay. Despite the payment being completed, the credits have not been added to my account and I did not receive any confirmation email for this purchase. After noticing that the credits were missing, I contacted Starpets customer support, but so far I have not received any response. I find it unacceptable that a high-value payment can be taken without the product being delivered or any communication being provided. I request that the missing credits corresponding to my 210-dollar Apple Pay payment be added to my account immediately.
