I Have Not Received My StarPets Balance

Today I paid 130 via Safari to top up my balance on StarPets, but the balance has not been added to my account even though the payment went through. I waited, refreshed, and checked my account several times, but the top-up still did not appear. I request that the 130 I paid be credited to my StarPets balance as soon as possible, or that you otherwise resolve this issue promptly.
