StarPets Balance Not Added
I made a payment on 18 March via starpets.gg to top up my balance, the payment went through successfully, but my balance was never credited to my account. The transaction ID for this payment is 7b1c3fb, and despite the successful charge, my account balance has not changed since the payment date. I tried to contact StarPets for support regarding this issue but could not find any customer support channel or way to reach them. This has left me unable to use the balance I paid for. I request that the missing balance corresponding to the payment with transaction ID 7b1c3fb be immediately added to my StarPets account without any further delay.
