Starpets SEPA Payment Not Added To Account - Missing Funds

I made a payment of €40 to Starpets today at around 6:21 AM via SEPA using the account linked to the email address klaussc****[email protected]. In the system, it shows that I received the money, and there is also an ID number for the transaction: 6929f9c1db079fd8eccc62d4. However, my Starpets account balance clearly does not show this money, so I did not actually receive what I paid for. I tried to contact StarPets support, but the system says I have already asked too many times, so I cannot submit a new complaint there anymore. Because of this, I am writing here to explain the situation. This €40 is my pocket money, which I earned by working in the garden, and it is very important to me. I kindly request that you add the missing €40 balance to my Starpets account linked to my mail as soon as possible, or otherwise resolve this issue so that I receive what I paid for.
