StarMaker Wrongfully Banned Our “Icon Alfa” Family Captain Account
The family captain account named “Icon Alfa” on the StarMaker application was unfairly suspended on May 11. The reason given for the account closure was related to comments and statements made about a competition that we believe was handled unfairly. The account was closed simply because we expressed our opinion and described what happened, which we believe is a completely unfair and disproportionate action.
Even though we contacted StarMaker regarding the issue, we received a negative response and were not provided with any satisfactory explanation about why the account was suspended. Punishing an account because of comments expressing opinions is, in our view, an unfair practice that restricts freedom of expression.
I request that the account named “Icon Alfa” be reviewed again and reopened as soon as possible, and that the incorrect action taken during this process be corrected immediately.
