I Cannot Send Messages on TikTok Due to an Unclear Restriction

For approximately the last month, I have been unable to send messages to anyone through my TikTok account, which I use on my Android device. Whenever I try sending messages to any user or attempt any type of messaging activity, the messages fail to send, and my account displays a community violation warning.

However, TikTok provides absolutely no explanation regarding why this warning was issued. I am also not shown any clear information such as how long the restriction will last or until what date my messaging feature has been limited. I find it unfair that my ability to communicate through messages has been completely restricted without being told what action, post, or message supposedly caused this penalty.

I request that TikTok review the messaging restriction placed on my account and remove it immediately if it was applied unfairly. If TikTok believes that an actual violation occurred, then I demand a clear and detailed explanation specifying exactly what content, message, or action caused this restriction.
