StarMaker Coin Purchase Stuck in Pending Payment Limbo for Weeks

On May 26th, I initiated a transaction through the StarMaker app to purchase coins worth $107. However, this transaction never went through, and it's currently still showing as "payment pending" on my bank's mobile payment screen.
I absolutely do not want this transaction to be completed, and I do not want any charge to be collected from me. The coins were never loaded, and there was no usage of any kind. Despite writing to the support team through the app multiple times, I have received no response whatsoever, and this pending payment has not been canceled.
I am requesting that both StarMaker and the relevant bank/mobile payment department urgently cancel this pending transaction, ensure that no charge is collected, and make sure no debt or hold/authorization related to this purchase remains on my account.
