Unfair Minor Protection Mode Restriction On StarMaker
My StarMaker account has been mistakenly placed into Minor Protection Mode, even though I am an adult over 18 years old and have always used the platform in line with the community guidelines. I use StarMaker on an Android device, and my account details are as follows: username Aphrodite and StarMaker ID 100108596***. On June 13, 2026, at around 5:00 p.m., my account was suddenly restricted and put into Minor Protection Mode. Since then, I have been locked out of basic social features and my profile functionality has been seriously limited, without any proper verification being carried out beforehand. On the same day, June 13, 2026, at approximately 5:00 p.m., I sent an official age-verification appeal via email to StarMaker support, including a clear photo of my valid government-issued ID to prove my real age. StarMaker support replied to my email and provided a recovery link, but the link does not work. As a result, despite following the instructions given, my account is still restricted and I have not received a proper resolution. Since their automated link failed to resolve the issue, I need a support agent to manually review my submitted ID and immediately remove the Minor Protection Mode restriction from my account so that full adult functionality is restored without further delay. This situation is clearly a mistake, and I have already provided legal proof of my age. I therefore expect the support team to speed up this process, finalize the verification as soon as possible, and ensure I do not lose any more access to my profile, as your system’s technical errors are keeping me locked out unnecessarily. If necessary, I am prepared to provide my legal ID again through a secure channel to help resolve this promptly.
